| 摘 要： | 任何国家的教育转型都是其整个社会转型的一个有机组成部分,更是其深层战略转型的核心组成部分。现阶段我国成人继续教育的转型在社会转型中扮演着主力军的角色。我国成人继续教育面临着来自全面社会转型的挑战,理应顺应社会转型的需要、促进成人的发展、践行终身学习的理念,关注成人的生存发展与生命质量,培养当代中国社会转型所需要的公民。

| Abstract: | Educational transition of a country is not only an organic component of its whole soci-ety transformation,but also a core component of its strategic transformation. At the present stage, Chinese adult continuing education transition plays an important role in the whole society transforma-tion. Faced with challenges of cultural transformation from the whole society,Chinese adult continu-ing education should be complied with the needs of the whole society transformation,and tries to ac-celerate the development of adult,practice the idea of lifelong learning,focus on the survival and development of adult together with quality of adult life,cultivate the citizens to meet the needs of Chinese society transformation. |
