| 摘 要： | 高职院校体育教学的改革和发展首先要加强体育师资队伍的建设,就是要提高体育教师队伍的专业素质与综合素质。课题组采用调查问卷、数据统计等方法对辽宁省内24所高职院校体育师资队伍建设进行了调查和研究,通过数据的对比,发现了体育师资队伍建设过程中存在的问题,并提出了解决对策和建议。

| Abstract: | The reform and development of PE teaching in higher vocational colleges first needs to strengthen the construction of PE teaching staff professional quality and comprehensive quality. The research group adopted the methods of questionnaire, statistics to investigate and study the teaching staff construction of 24 higher vocational colleges in Liaoning province, through the comparison of data, it finds the problems existing in the process of sports teaching staff construction, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions. |
