| 摘 要： | 学校文化是一所学校重要的精神支柱,文化育人对于学校的可持续发展起着不容忽视的作用,因此探索文化育人智慧十分必要。高职文化育人智慧应该从以下方面着手:学校教育,用文化管理;品德教育,用文化浸润;智慧课堂,用文化滋养;校园活动,用文化引领;教师发展,用文化引领;安全防线,用文化链接。

| Abstract: | The school culture is the spiritual pillar of a school;cultural education plays an important role for its sustainable development, so it is necessary to explore cultural educational wisdom. Higher vocational education wisdom should be conducted fromthe following aspects：school education by cultural management;moral deuction by cultural infiltration;wisdom class with culture;campus activities with the cultural guidance;teacher development with culture guidance;and security defense line with the cultural link. |
