| 摘 要： | 近几年,高职院校迅猛发展,大学生思想政治工作是重中之重。学生社团是高校校园文化建设的生力军,是推进大学生思想政治工作的重要载体,是学生素质教育工程中的重要一环。高职院校一定要高度重视大学生团队精神培育工作,充分挖掘大学生团队精神培育的有效资源,借助高校思想政治教育的大好环境,利用班级和各类社团等良好平台,强化大学生自由全面发展的自觉要求,开展团队精神、团队意识的培育活动。
