高等职业院校“双环境”素质教育模式研究

摘    要:高职院校素质教育的最终目的是培养出能力结构适应岗位要求,素质结构满足企业精神文化建设的高素质技能型人才。构建"双环境"的人才培养模式,建立具有企业属性和职业教育"双环境"特色的大学校园文化,是高职院校实现素质教育目的的主要途径。

Abstract:The ultimate goal of quality education in higher vocational colleges is to train high quality technical talents whose ability structure can adapt to post requirement and quality structure can meet enterprise spirit cultural construction.Constructing double-environment talents' training mode and establishing double-environment characteristic college campus culture with enterprise attribute and vocational education are the main approaches for higher vocational colleges to realize quality education.
