| 摘 要： | 在电子技术开放性实验教学模式中,采用PDCA(Plan计划,Do执行,Check检查,ac-tion处理)管理法,能有效促进学生思维的发展和创新能力的培养,达到充分利用实验教学资源和提高实验教学质量的目的,它是一种有效的技能培养管理方法。
