| 摘 要： | 高职院校与社区的资源多元共享是新时代中国发展的必然趋势,也是建设终身学习的学习型社会的必然要求。高职院校与社区的良性互动既是资源得到有效利用的一种表现,也是资源得以相互补充的一种新的尝试。社区人群较为复杂,高校的图书、文艺、体育、党建、医疗、信息技术等资源服务社区,对于社区与高职院校是一种双赢,对于学习型社会的构建则是一种共赢。因此,针对资源多元共享必要性、类型和意义进行探讨,试图找寻一条高职院校与社区资源共享最大化的有效途径,为建构具有新时代中国特色的共享模式寻找方向。

| Abstract: | The diversified sharing of resources between higher vocational colleges and communities is an inevitable trend of China’s development in the new era, and it is also an inevitable requirement for building a lifelong learning society. The positive interaction between higher vocational colleges and communities is not only a manifestation of the effective use of resources, but also a new attempt to complement each other. The community population is more complicated. The resources of colleges and universities such as books, literature and art, sports, party building, medical care, and information technology serve the community. It is a win-win situation for communities and higher vocational colleges, and it is a sharing situation for the construction of a learning society. The paper explores the necessity, type and significance of resource sharing, trying to find an effective way to maximize resource sharing between higher vocational colleges and communities, and find a direction for constructing a sharing model with Chinese characteristics in the new era. |
