| 摘 要： | 目前职业院校教学督导的工作存在着对教师的教学质量评价方式过于机械化和简单化、工作目标和定位偏离、对＂导＂的效果缺乏跟踪反馈等问题。为此提出职业院校教学督导工作应该立足教师的专业化发展,关注教学的专业水平、个体成长、教学经验的形成和＂双师型＂素质的发展。

| Abstract: | At present there exists many problems in the wok of teaching supervising in vocational colleges,such as the over mechanization and simplification of evaluating method for teachers＇ teaching quality,the deviation of working objective and orientation,and the lack of feedback of guiding effect.Therefore,this paper puts forward the work of teaching supervising in vocational colleges should be based on teachers＇ major development,and pay more attention to teaching＇s major level,individual growth,the forming of teaching experience and the development of double-quality teachers. |
