| 摘 要： | 在深化职业教育教学改革的繁重任务面前,努力造就一支高素质的高职师资队伍至关重要.当务之急是走出对“双师型”教师队伍认识的误区,以提高“双师型”教师应具备的能力和素质为基点,认真分析“双师型”师资队伍建设面临的实际问题,探索并着力解决这些实际问题的途径和方法.

The urgent matter of the moment is to walk out mistake cognition for double quality teacher, analyze the practical problems in front of double-quality-teacher team development based on improving its abilities and qualifications and exolore the way to solve them. |
