| 摘 要： | 高职毕业生实践能力强、用得上、留得住，就业率逐年提升，而在金融危机的影响下，高职毕业生就业难的问题日益突出。针对求职过程中存在准备不够充分、期望过高、自身定位不够准确等问题，提出高职院校应做好就业前准备工作、加强职业发展规划与就业指导及正确就业观教育等措施。

| Abstract: | Higher vocational Graduates have strong practical abilities and they can be put and retained in working place easily,so the their employment rate is increasing year by year.But under the effect of economic crisis,the difficulty in the employment of higher vocational graduates has become increasingly prominent.In the process of their job hunting,they face the problems of being inefficiently prepared,having a high expectation,positioning themselves inaccurately,etc.This paper aims at this problems mentioned above,suggesting the good preparation before the start of work,enhancing the professional developing plan and employment guidance work,and reinforeing the education of the attitude towards employment. |
