| 摘 要： | 高职教育的发展迫切要求有一套适合自己的教考体制，如何改革传统的教考体制，在符合国家教育目标的前提下正确处理基础基础理论教学和实践教学的关系，创立具有高职特色的教考体制，保证高职教育在中国健康有序的发展是关系到中国高职院校生死存亡的关键。
