| 摘 要： | 从培养心理健康、人格健全的青少年的责任感和教育目标出发，探讨在体育教学中渗透心理素质教育的优势、目标和内容．应该把体育教学作为提高青少年心理素质教育的有效途径，把心理素质教育作为体育教学的主要内容，做到心育与体育并重、健身与健心共举．
