摘    要:职业院校教师幸福感是实现职业教育目标过程中的愉悦感受,它是衡量职业教育工作环境和教育工作质量的重要前提。它不仅关乎职业教育主体个人能力的自我提升,也影响着高级技能型人才的培养与未来发展。从需要层次理论角度出发,分析了职业院校教师幸福感的影响因素,并提出了提高职业幸福感的建议与措施。

Abstract:The happiness of teachers in vocational college is a cheerful feeling in the process of realizing the goal of vocational education. It is the important premise that can measure the work environment and quality of vocational college. It is not only about the individual self-im provement of vocational education, but also the talents training and future developm ent. T he paper m ainly from the perspective of the hierarchy of needs analyses the influences on the happiness of teachers in vocational college, and puts forw ard the suggestions and m easures to prom ote vocational happiness.
