| 摘 要： | 就业环境的剧变导致高职生面临新的就业困难和挑战。高职院校必须结合本院的实际情况,建立适应市场化和产业化运作的就业服务体系。辽宁机电职业技术学院在办学实践中,发挥专业优势,与行业企业紧密结合,明确人力资源的市场化配置趋势,以社会需求为导向培养人才,探索校企合作办学新模式,并搭建了就业服务平台,构建了就业服务体系,收到了良好的效果

| Abstract: | The upheaval in the employment environment leads to new employment difficulties and challenges faced by higher vocational students; vocational colleges must combine with actual situation to establish the employment service system suitable for market orientation and industrial operation. In the practice of school running, Liaoning Jidian Polytechnic gives full play to the professional advantage, combines with industry enterprise, defines the market disposition of human resources, trains talents aiming at social need, explores the new mode of college-enterprise cooperation running school, constructs the employment service platform and system, and achieves good effect. |
