| 摘 要： | 基于高职教育的“培养适应生产、建设、管理、服务第一线的高端技能型专门人才”培养目标，深入贯彻“以综合素质为基础，以应用为主线，以能力为中心”的高职教学指导思想。从构建与专业人才培养方案相匹配的科学、完善的高职教育实践教学体系；科学合理地设置实践教学环节，安排实践教学；优化实践教学条件，拓宽实践教学渠道；加强“双师型”或实践教学的师资队伍建设这四个方面开展实践教学改革，探讨高职教育实践教学体系改革的目的、内容和基本思路。

| Abstract: | Based on the cultivation goal of training the high-skilled personnel suitable for production, construction, management and service, it carries out the guidance idea w ith com prehensive quality as the basis, application as the main line, and ability as the center. It develops the practical teaching reform from four aspects. They include building the scientific and complete higher vocational education practical teaching system m atching w ith the professional talents training schem e, offering practical teaching links scientifically and arranging the practice teaching, optim izing the practical teaching condition and broadening the practical teaching channel, and strengthening the double type teaching staff construction. The paper discusses the aim , content and basic ideas of higher vocational education practical teaching system reform . |
