| 摘 要： | 根据各用人单位对农产品贮藏加工人才的要求,高职相关专业要在进行市场调研,了解企业与行业用人规格质量的前提下,制定实训项目,学生进行具体操作与实训。通过这些项目的操作训练可充分发挥教学优势,并能使学生发挥潜能,使学生各方面能力普遍提高。

| Abstract: | According to the employers＇ requirement of talents for agricultural storage and process,higher vocational related majors should establish the project of practical training for students to make specific operation and practical training under the precondition of understanding employing standard quality for enterprises and industry with market survey.Through operating training of these projects it can fully play the role of teaching advantages,and can develop students＇ potential so that students＇ various ability get increase commonly. |
