| 摘 要： | 从＂订单式＂培养的内涵入手,分析了＂订单式＂培养模式存在的问题,并提出措施：改造高职院校现有人才培养模式,从政策上支持企业进行＂订单式＂人才培养,充分发挥行业协会对校企合作促进的作用,建立＂订单式＂培养的预警监控机制等。从而走出困境,使＂订单式＂培养模式更加完善、更加具有实效性。
