| 摘 要： | 教师专业化和教师教育专业化既是世界性潮流,也是我国教师教育发展的客观要求。本文论述了如何认识教师专业化问题以及教师教育专业化理论建设问题,对教师职业和如何培养高质量的合格高职教师进行了粗浅的探讨。
