| 摘 要： | 以人为本的教育理念就是把学生放在教学的首位，把育人作为教学的出发点和归宿点，关注学生的全面发展。以人为本的教学理念符合教育的宗旨和社会的需求，符合语言教学特点和高职英语教学实际。课堂教学是英语学习的主渠道，教师在教学中应尊重、理解、关爱每位学生；构建人性化课堂管理机制；尊重学生的个性差异，因材施教；营造愉快的学习氛围；构建科学的考核模式等教学策略，实施以人文本的教学理念。这样才能发展学生语言技能，培养学生的综合素质。

| Abstract: | The people-oriented education idea is to put students in the first place, with education as the starting point of teaching and ending point, pay attention to the all-round development of students. The people-oriented teaching concept is in line with the aim of education and social demand, accords with the language teaching characteristic and the higher vocational English teaching practice. Classroom teaching is the main channel of learning English, teachers in teaching should respect, understand, and care for each student; construct humanized classroom management mechanism; respect the students＇ individual differences, teach according to their aptitude; create a pleasant learning atmosphere; build a scientific assessment model, and implement the teaching idea of people orientation. This can develop students＇ language skill and cultivate students＇ comprehensive quality. |
