| 摘 要： | 将工作过程教学模式应用于高职公路施工组织与管理课程,能使学生置身于真实环境,为学生创造更多动手的机会。通过＂在做中学,在学中做＂,发掘出学生的各项潜能,提高学生分析、解决实际问题的能力,以此推动学生职业能力的发展,使学生更好地适应未来工作岗位。

| Abstract: | It can make students feel the real environment and help them create more practical chances by applying the teaching mode of working process teaching to the curriculum of higher vocational highway construction organization and management.Through the way of "learning by doing and doing by learning",it can explore students’ each potential,and increase their ability of analyzing and solving practical problems.Therefore,it can drive students’ development of vocational ability so that students can adapt to their future job better. |
