| 摘 要： | 从利益相关者理论角度出发，通过对企业参与职业教育校企合作利益诉求实证调查，总结分析了企业参与职业教育校企合作的利益点，提出了促进企业参与职业教育校企合作的对策：明确政策，创新机制，提升内涵，从而更有针对性地促进企业参与校企合作的积极性的提高。

| Abstract: | From the angle of the theory of stakeholders,this paper summarizes and analyzes the benefits for enterprises to participate in the cooperation of colleges and enterprises,and puts forward the countermeasure for promoting enterprises to take part in vocational education college-enterprise cooperation,through the demonstration survey on benefit demand of enterprises’ participation in vocational education college-enterprise cooperation.It should clarify policy,innovation mechanism,advance connotation and promote the increase of enterprises’ enthusiasm for participating in college-enterprise cooperation accordingly. |
