| 摘 要： | 学校是整个社会体系的重要组成部分,构建和谐校园是构建和谐社会的需要,也是现代教育发展的必然要求。人际关系和谐是和谐校园的一个重要内容。和谐的人际关系是全面贯彻党的教育方针、实现学校发展目标的重要条件。同时,和谐的人际关系还有利于营造培养高素质人才的学习环境。

| Abstract: | The school is an important component part of whole society system.The construction of harmonious campus is a demand of the construction of harmonious society,which is an inevitable demand of modern education development.The harmonious of interpersonal relation is an important content of harmonious campus.Harmonious interpersonal relation is important conditions of carrying out Party's education policy and realizing school's development objective.Moreover,Harmonious interpersonal relation is beneficial to construct learning environment of cultivating high quality professional. |
