| 摘 要： | 高职教育必须转变以知识传授为本位的旧观念，树立以职业能力为本位的新观念；既要突出学生的职业技能的培养，又要突出学生综合素质的养成与提高。针对目前高职教育中出现的问题，提出了培养职业技能，加强综合素质教育的措施。

| Abstract: | The old idea of higher vocational education must be changed to establish new vocational ability standard. It stresses not only cultivating students?vocational skills but also improving students?overall quality. According the problems which happen at present in higher vocational education, the methods of cultivating vocational skills and strengthening overall quality education are pointed out in the paper. |
