| 摘 要： | 大学生就业协议是我国计划经济时代毕业分配体制向市场导向自主择业过渡阶段的一种制度安排,具有浓厚的行政色彩,违背了自主择业的指导思想,存在诸多弊端,难以有效保障毕业生的合法劳动权益,理应予以废除。大学生毕业时与用人单位可直接签订劳动合同而非大学生就业协议。

| Abstract: | An employment agreement of college students is graduate employment System during the transition era of China’s planned economy to a market-oriented distribution system,with strong administrative Characteristics and many shortcomings,which is contrary to the guiding ideology of their choosing own jobs,and it is difficult to protect the legitimate labor rights and interests of graduate students effectively,so it should be repealed.Graduate students and employers should directly sign labor contracts rather than the employment agreement. |
