Abstract:Top talents with spirit of innovation only occupy handfuls in the total talents,but they create great majority achievements in scientific research and all the top achievements in scientific research,therefore it is important to find and train top talents with spirit of innovation.We should decide the form of the training top talents with spirit of innovation according to its trait,the feature of top talents with spirit of innovation is that:amazing,concentrating,quicking;Correspondingly,the form of the training top talents with spirit of innovation is:speciality developing,freedom developing,brilliant developing,mechanism developing.By the proper training form,we could turn the potential top talents with spirit of innovation into actual top talents with spirit of innovation.
