| 摘 要： | 在"大众创业、万众创新"背景下,国内各大高校在创新创业人才培养模式上进行不断的探索。校企合作作为一种新型人才培养方式受到政府、高校以及社会的广泛关注,这一教育模式是适应高等教育发展、满足社会人才需求的必然趋势。应用型高校以培养社会所需的应用型人才为目标,构建科学的、基于校企合作的创新创业人才培养体系尤为重要。本文对当前应用型高校校企合作创新创业人才培养过程中的不足进行分析,并从校企合作的角度探讨构建创新创业人才培养模式的策略,旨在提升应用型高校人才培养质量。

| Abstract: | Under the background of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation",domestic colleges and universities have made continuous exploration on the training mode of innovation and entrepreneurship talents.As a new talent training mode,school enterprise cooperation has been widely concerned by the government,universities and society.This education mode is an inevitable trend to adapt to the development of higher education and meet the needs of social talents.In order to cultivate the applied talents needed by the society,it is particularly important to construct a scientific and innovative talent training system based on school enterprise cooperation.This paper analyzes the deficiencies in the training process of innovation and entrepreneurship talents in the current application-oriented colleges and universities,and discusses the strategies of constructing the training mode of innovation and entrepreneurship talents from the perspective of school enterprise cooperation,aiming to improve the quality of talent training in application-oriented colleges. |
