| Abstract: | The economics-typed majors in local academies should choose to cultivate the applied undergraduates based on the demand of the local economic development and the universal higher education and the essence of the energy level structure.The principles of the integration of diversity and uniformity,the integration of inheritance and innovation,the integration of comprehensiveness and highlights and the integration of instruction and participation must be held in the process of enacting.The standards of the knowledge,capabilities and the quality and the measures for the construction and implementation of the standards were discussed according to above principles. |
