| Abstract: | With the purpose of investigating the employment status of tuition-free normal college students,this research makes a survey of 2877 of them and the directors of education in each province and city.During this process,some problems of their employment policy and practical work are found during the research.In order to better carry out employment policy of tuition-free normal college students,the flexibility of these policies should be added accordingly;provincial coordinating systems should be established so that the disparate treatment can be dropped off;enrollment plans should be made reasonablely;the selection,admission and dismiss ion system should also be built;the intern-employment oriented training bases should be well organized;employment working team should be made more sound and more budget should be devoted into employment work etc. |
