| 摘 要： | 实现中华民族伟大复兴的“中国梦”是全体中国人共同的愿望。高等学校是人才培养的摇篮，理应成为荬现“中国梦”的重要力量。在实现“中国梦”方面，高校应以德为先培育“筑梦人”，通过人才培养、科技创新，服务经济社会发展：实现和社会的双向互补、共同发展，成为加快实现“中国梦”的强大正能量。

| Abstract: | The dream of China is the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, realizing it is the common wish of all Chinese people. University is a cradle of personnel training, should be play an important role to accelerate the realizing of the dream of China. In order to realize the dream of China, university should take moral education as the first to training ＂ dream of people＂, and through personnel training, technological innovation, to service the economic and societal development, achieving bidirectional complementary and common development with society, becoming a strong positive energy of accelerate the realizing of the dream of China. |
