| 摘 要： | 产业集群企业的合作竞争关系研究是研究企业合作竞争关系的一个分支，是把企业的关系研究放在了产业集群这样一个特殊的环境中进行。对产业集群中企业的竞争与合作共存现象及其动因进行综合分析，并对三种类型的产业集群中企业竞合关系的一般模式进行研究，可以发现博弈论在竞合关系中的作用与应用。
