| Abstract: | This article analyzes the current situation that local teachers colleges/universities face in their development, and proposes that a newly merged or newly built local teachers college/university must take roots in its own region and raise its level of education. It is also suggests that proper measures should be adopted to raise the quality of education continuously with innovative means of development. |
