| 摘 要： | 农户经济的社会稳定作用以及与市场经济和经济全球化的兼容性决定了我国必须提高农户的经济主体地位。由于保障资金供应是提高农户经济主体地位的关键措施，为此需要针对我国农户的资金需求等级结构，重新设计我国提高农户经济主体地位的融资体制。

| Abstract: | The fact that the farmer's economy can stabilize the society while market economy and economic globalization are compatible determines that China must give first priority to the farmer's economy.Because the guarantee funds are the key to its success,China should restructure the financial system in order to give first priority to the farmer's economy according to the financial needs at different levels. |
