| 摘 要： | 学者们对19世纪末20世纪初美国严重社会问题所提出的一系列社会政策研究较少,特别是对社会政策与社会思想观念之间联系的研究有待深入。本文对此进行了探究:美国当时社会政策的制定与社会思想观念的变化有着紧密联系,这种联系反映在社会思想观念上主要表现为沃德的“社会导进说”以及哲学领域逐渐形成的实用主义理论等,这些社会思想观念的变化促进了社会政策的制定。

| Abstract: | There were serious social problems in the late 19th century and early 20th century,toward which relevant policies were made by the US government.The author of this paper thinks that the policy making of the US in this period linked to the changing social ideas characterized by Ward's "social directing theory" and the pragmatist theories gradually formedin the philosophical field during that time,which has been less studied by scholars. |
