| 摘 要： | 西晋据有宁州不久，遂改变两汉以来在宁州的治策，改而施行强硬的镇压政策。以后宁州的政局出现动乱，宣告两晋在宁州的统治以失败告终。除政策失误外，两晋统治宁州失败还有未处理好与宁州大姓关系方面的原因。南朝继两晋之后统治宁州，由于南朝自身衰弱和宁州地区长期动乱等方面的原因，南朝对宁州地区的统治，大部分时间是鞭长莫及。另一方面，两晋、南朝时期，宁州地区社会结构的改变和民族的融合却出现了深化的趋势，乃至形成了新的地方民族白蛮。

| Abstract: | After the West Jin Dynasty brought Ning Zhou under its control, it abandoned the administrative policy carried out since the Han Dynasty and implemented the hard--liners policy of suppression. The later political disturbance in Ning Zhou proved its failure in ruling. Apart from the poor policy, its failure was related to a poor relationship with the influential and powerful families in Ning Zhou. The South Dynasty succeeded the West Jin Dynasty but its control of Ning Zhou was never effective due to its own weakness and the long local turbulence. On the other hand, during this period, there emerged further changes of the social structure and more ethnic fusion, which at last formed the Baiman, a new local ethnic group. |
