| 摘 要： | 目前,贵州省对在职法硕的需求越来越旺盛,政府、省直机关、国有、私有企业以及律师行业都需要具有更高水平和学历的法律人才为其服务,而在职法硕无疑是一个良好的选择。文章开篇对我省的在职法硕招生情况进行了全面而细致的介绍,其后分析了贵州省在职法硕招生存在的问题,最后对在职法硕招生改革提出了4点建议,旨在为贵州省培养更多的法律人才。

| Abstract: | Currently, the demand for working LL.M. is increasingly strong in Guizhou. Government, provincial departments, state - owned and private enterprises as well as the legal profession all need higher level legal talents to serve them, and it is undoubtedly good for them to choose from in - service LL. M. This paper begins with an overview of the status quo of enrollment in Guizhou Province followed by analysis of Guizhou job LL.M. admissions problems. It gives four suggestions for improving the enroment system. |
