| 摘 要： | 学术是高校的核心价值所在。随着时代变迁,学术的内涵逐渐丰富,但同时学术价值取向偏离的问题也逐渐显现。上世纪90年代初,美国教育学家欧内斯特.博耶从全新的角度提出高校学术观。本研究以该理论为依据,首先阐明我国高校学术生态系统的运行机制,继而论述我国高校学术生态系统投入与产出的失衡现象,并从国家宏观调控、学校内部管理以及学术成果转化等方面分析失衡成因,最后从以上三个方面提出促进我国高校学术生态系统平衡的策略。
