论教学主体系统中管理主体的引入

摘    要:我国学界对教学主客体的研究都是以微观教学过程即课堂教学过程为出发点的,因此忽略了管理因素在教学中的作用。从宏观教学过程这一角度,教学主体系统应纳入管理主体,即教学主体系统应由教的主体、学的主体和管理主体构成。管理主体的引入,可以充分调动教学过程中的一切积极因素,协调构成教学过程各种要素的关系,促进教学质量和教学效率的提高。

Abstract:In China, the research on the subject and object of teaching has been mainly on microteacning process, in other words, classroom teaching, which ignores the role of management in teaching. From the perspective of macroteaching, education subject system should be included in the managerial subject. Education subject system should consist of the teaching subject, learning subject and managerial subject. The introduction of managerial subject could arouse all the positive factors in the teaching process, coordinate their relationships, and enhance the improvement of teaching quality and efficiency.
