摘 要: | 从文化看民办高校,其组织特征形成于身份认同与角色意识的矛盾和冲突。其组织个性差异集中表现为"民主与集中"、"平等与卓越"的"二元价值冲突",以此为分类标准,可以将民办高校划分为三种类型。领导者则是造成民办高校组织文化差异的关键要素。
