任务驱动教学模式在高职民事诉讼法教学中的应用

摘    要:高职法律类专业应用型人才培养目标和民事诉讼法课程性质,要求高职院校积极构建有利于人才培养目标实现的教学模式。建构主义学习理论和情商理论为任务驱动教学模式在民事诉讼法教学中的应用提供了理论依据。任务驱动教学模式在高职民事诉讼法教学中有效实施,必须抓好任务的设计、实施、归纳、评价等环节工作。
