| 摘 要： | 新型农村社区建设是城镇化的重要组成部分，不仅要注重硬件设施的建造和完善，更要重视农民生产方式的变革。要通过发挥政府的纽带和带动作用，立足于社区产业发展和居民技能提升，多渠道解决社区居民的就业难题，促进新型农村社区的建设治理与农民生活协同发展，真正实现农民向社区居民的最终转变。

| Abstract: | The construction of new rural community is an important part of the urbanization, not only to focus on the construction and improvement of hardware facilities, greater emphasis should change the produc-tion mode of peasant. Through exerting the government＇s linking and leading role, based on the com-munity＇s industrial development and the resident＇s skills upgrading, multi-channel to solve the em-ployment problem of community residents, promote the construction and governance of new rural com-munity as well as coordinated development with life of peasant, truly realizing the ultimate change from the peasant to community residents. |
