摘    要:考察了水热条件下反应温度对ZnO微/纳米结构和建筑单元的影响.实验结果表明,不论是低温还是高温,在PVP的引导下都能实现花状自组装超结构的生成.但是温度对建筑单元的形状影响很大,低温下建筑单元是由多个纳米棒融合而成的亚微米级尖头棒,而高温时建筑单元是纳米尺度的略微尖头的纳米棒.而且在高温时每一朵花中所含的纳米棒个数明显要高于低温时候的情况.

Abstract:The effect of temperature on the ZnO micro/nanostructures and building-unit under hydrothermal condition was investigated.The experimental results indicated that flower-like self-assembly superstructures could be formed with the assistance of PVP at both higher temperature and lower temperature.But the temperature played an important role in the outline of building-unit.At lower temperature,the building-unit was sub-micrometer rods with sharp end,which was formed by the fusion of several nanorods.And nanorods with slightly sharp end were formed as building-unit when the temperature was higher.Moreover,the number in one flower at higher temperature was more than that at lower temperature.
