| 摘 要： | 高校学生党员和干部队伍在高校学生工作中有着不可替代的作用,在科学发展观的学习实践中,高校学生党员和干部队伍应该不断更新思想观念、创新工作模式、丰富工作内容、强化服务意识,增强时代紧迫感和使命感,重新审视学生党员和干部队伍自身发展的内涵和外延,在为广大同学成长、成才创造良好的发展空间的同时,高校学生党员和干部队伍也应该朝着多维方向发展。

| Abstract: | The student party members and cadres play an irreplaceable role in the student affairs of the universities.During studying and practicing the scientific concept of development,they should enhance the sense of times urgency and mission with continually updated ideas,innovative working mode,abundant job content,and intensive service consciousness.They should reexamine the intension and extension of their self-development in order to not only develop themselves towards multi-dimensional direction but also provide the students with good development space. |
