摘    要:在社会对人才培养既要求懂得专业知识,又需要熟练掌握专业技能的形势下,师范院校教师作为未来教师的培养者,角色该如何定位、转变和发展来适应要求,该文就探讨了新形势下师范院校教师的角色类型,重新构建了教师的角色,更好的引导学生学习和职业技能的培训,以便真正培养出专业化的高素质的未来教育工作者。

Abstract:With the situation of the society demands talented persons not only understand professional knowledge but also master professional skills proficiently,the teachers of normal universities regard as the culturist of future teachers,how to orient their roles,how to change and develop themselves to adapt this demand.This article discusses the role types of the teachers of normal university under the new situation,reconstruct the roles of teachers,and induct the students to study better and also train their professional skills,in order to truly cultivate specialized high-quality future teaching staff.
