体育教学网络评价的背景特征分析

摘    要:学生通过网络来评价体育教师教学这一方式被越来越多的学校所采用.影响学生评价结果的最主要的因素应该是教师的教学,但在学生评价教师教学时,也存在一些可能对学生评价造成影响的其他因素,如:教师职称、学生性别、项目特点、学生对课的兴趣等背景特征,这些背景特征会对学生的网络评价结果产生较为显著的影响.这四项特征能解释37.5%的学生评价结果的变异.由此可见,高校应采取措施降低各种非教学因素对体育教师教学效果的负面影响,提高学生网络评价的可靠性、有效性和准确性,促进体育教师教学能力的提升.

Abstract:The teaching way of the students evaluating the physical teaching through the network has been adopted by more and more schools.The most important influencing factor of the students' evaluation results should be the teaching,but in the process of evaluation,there existed some possible influencing factors,the background characteristics such as: teachers' professional title,students' gender,characteristics of the project,students' learning interested.These background characteristics had more significant impact on students' network evaluation results.These four characteristics could explain 37.5% students' the variation of evaluation results.
