| 摘 要： | 在素质教育时代，必须认清形势，提高管理实效，保证素质教育的落实。抓好管理改革，提高管理效率，在教学管理、教师管理等方面做好基础工作，有益于素质教育的开展。本文就管理工作的切实开展及高校工作的结合做了探讨。
