均匀设计实验法优选朝鲜淫羊藿微波提取工艺的研究

摘    要:目的:对淫羊藿药材中淫羊藿苷的提取工艺进行优化研究.方法:以淫羊藿苷的含量为质控指标,通过单因素考察确定主要因素和水平,然后通过均匀设计实验法对淫羊藿微波提取工艺中的微波功率、提取时间和溶剂倍数等因素进行研究,考察淫羊藿苷的提取工艺.结果:以8倍量的80%乙醇为提取溶剂,超声功率为400W,提取时间为20min,可使药材中淫羊藿苷最大程度的浸出.结论:优选出的微波最佳提取工艺,提取率高,用于工业化生产前景广阔.

Abstract:Objective: To optimize the extraction techniques of Icariin.Method: The content of Icariin was detected by a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography method to investigate the extraction process of Icariin.The extraction techniques of Icariin were optimized by employing the uniform design method.Result: The best extraction process of Icariin was obtained as following: eight fold 80% ethanol as the extract solvent,ultrasonic power 400 W and extraction time 20 min.Conclusion: The extraction ratio of Icariin is higher according to the above extraction process.
