| 摘 要： | 风险投资和技术创新之间的关系已经得到了广泛的研究,但结论却存在显著差异。从理论上了解了风险投资对技术创新的作用后,对风险投资和技术创新之间的关系进行实证分析,研究表明:上海、东北和华北地区的风险投资对技术创新存在正效应,而北京、华东、中南和西部地区的则为负效应,且各地区的RD活动对技术创新的作用远远大于风险投资对技术创新的作用。

| Abstract: | The relationship between venture capital and technological innovation has been widely discussed, but the results are obviously different. Firstly this paper theoretically analyses the mechanism of the impact of venture capital on technological innovation, then empirically discusses the relationship between venture capital and technological innovation. The results show that the venture capital in Shanghai, Northeast China and North China has positive effect on the technological innovation, however the venture capital in Beijing, Eastern China, Mid-south Region and West China has negative effect on the technological. Besides, in all these areas, the effect of R＆D activity on technological innovation outweighs that of venture capital on technological innovation. |
