| 摘 要： | 当前我国高职院校就业教育服务体系包含动力层面、受动层面、调控层面以及保障层面四个方面的内容,具有以就业为导向等显著特点.近年各高职院校就业教育服务体系的建设取得了长足的进展,但与国外相比仍存有诸多不足之处.坚持把就业工作与高职院校办学的指导思想、教育教学改革、思想教育工作、管理体制的改革、市场和社会需求相结合是完善我国高职院校就业教育服务体系建设的必然选择.
