摘    要:目的:探讨立体式教学在成人护理教学中的应用效果。方法:将11级护理专业154名学生以班级为单位分为实验组(72名)和对照组(84名),实验组采取立体式教学方法,对照组进行常规教学,评价两组的教学效果。结果:实验组的病案分析成绩和期末闭卷考试卷面成绩均比对照组高,有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:在成人护理教学中采取立体式教学对学生的知识点掌握,考试成绩的提高,知识的灵活运用有较好作用。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the effect of all-rounded teaching approach in teaching of adult nursing. Methods: 154 nursing students from grade 2011 were divided into two groups according to class: the experimental group (totaled 72 persons), where all-rounded teaching approach was adopped in teaching of adult nursing, and the control group (totaled 84 persons), where traditional teaching method was used, then evaluation was performed thus teaching effects between the two groups were compared. Results:The average performances of the experimental group in clinical case study, dealing with emergency and closed book exam were better than that of the other group with significant difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion: all-rounded teaching approach in teaching of adult nursing will help to widen the thinking of students, improve their academic performance and facilitate their knowledge mastering and applying.
