高职院校青年教师评价体系研究

摘    要:完善青年教师评价体系,促进高职院校青年教师发展,直接关系到高职院校的可持续发展。高职院校教师评价体系目前以奖惩性评价为主,评价指标的确立存在不足,评价指标权重确立方法单一,构建一个发展性的青年教师评价体系,包括评价目标及评价依据的确立,评价指标及各项指标权重的确立。它的评价主体多样化,有常规评价、教师互评、学生评价、教师自评、结果反馈,客观地对高职院校青年教师进行教学、思想、工作评价,以促进青年教师工作的可持续发展。

Abstract:Perfecting the evaluation system of young teacher and promoting the development of young teachers in vocational colleges is directly related to the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges. Currently, the evaluation system is mainly based on rewards and penalties. The established evaluation index is insufficient, and the method used to establish evaluation index weight is single. To build a developmental evaluation system of young teachers involves the establishment of evaluation objectives, criteria, the evaluation index and the weight of each index. The evaluation subject is diverse, including regular evaluation, teacher peer's assessment, students' evaluation, teachers' selfassessment and the feedback of the results. From these five aspects, evaluating objectively young teachers' teaching, thoughts and job can be carried out in higher vocational colleges to promote the sustainable development of young teachers.
